MBS Yoga was created with the intention of connecting everyone to this ancient, movement-based practice. Whether you’re an experienced yogi, or just a curious first-timer, we offer a welcoming, supportive, and rejuvenating environment where you can learn more, dig a little deeper, and feel even better.
Our goal at MBS is to share all the unique traits and benefits that yoga has to offer with the community, so that we can all have clear minds, healthy bodies and content souls.
We invite you to try one of our unique classes, which range from power yoga and vinyasa, to guided meditations and gentle flow. Through it all, you’ll get stronger, more flexible, confident, and build a sense of harmony with the world around you.
